Roch Urbaniak is a Krakow-based painter, author of children's books and comic books. In his art he is inspired by myths, fairy tales but also pop culture, with computer games at the forefront. Because inspiration and great stories can be found everywhere, and stories are what he wants to convey with his art. He also uses painting in other forms of expression, creating comic books or using paintings as illustrations in his books in the series "Paperboy."
